The New Mexico Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect a new protected category. Employers are prohibited from discriminating against an employee for pregnancy, childbirth, or related condition. Order Updated Poster >

The Colorado Paid Leave and Whistleblower poster has been released by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. The new poster provides notice to employees that they are entitled to paid leave under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, the amount of paid leave to which they are entitled, and that an employer cannot retaliate against an employee for requesting or using paid leave. In addition, the poster also addresses worker rights under the Public Health Emergency Whistleblower Law to express workplace health and safety concerns during public health emergencies. The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum  wage for tipped workers. The tip credit for employees under the Miscellaneous Industries Wage Order was reduced by 50% on June 30, 2020 and will be eliminated entirely on December 31, 2020. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2020. The minimum wage increased from $7.25 per hour to $8.00 per hour for employees to whom qualifying health benefits are offered or made available. The minimum wage will increase from $8.25 per hour to $9.00 per hour for all other employees. Order Updated Poster >

The District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act During COVID-19 poster has been updated to reflect that a new law was signed replacing all previous coronavirus-related legislation and temporarily amends the District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act to create new job-protected leave for employees for various COVID-19 reasons. The law is effective until August 25, 2020 and applies to all employers. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin poster has been updated to reflect that employees earning less than $12.00 per hour and offered health benefits, or less than $13.50 per hour without health benefits, are eligible for overtime if working over 8 hours in a 24-hour period or over 40 hours in a work week. Employees working in excess of these hourly rates, qualify for overtime when they work over 40 hours in a work week. Order Updated Poster >

The Wisconsin Cessation of Health Care Benefits poster has been updated to clarify that advance notice is required when employers decide to cease providing health care benefits. Under Wisconsin law, employers who plan to discontinue health care benefits to current employees, retirees, and dependents of employees must provide the affected individuals with 60 days’ notice of the cessation of benefits. The Virginia Covenants Not To Compete poster has been released.  The poster reflects a new law imposing a ban on the use of non-compete agreements for low-wage workers. The new law goes into effect on July 1, 2020.  Order Updated Poster >
