Languages


The English version automatically includes any foreign language translations that are required by federal or state law for all employers regardless of languages spoken in the workplace. This is a safe option if you have no Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.


The Bilingual option is for situations where the language requirement varies based on how many employees are Spanish-speaking. This area of the law is complex and evolving, as more and more states implement language-specific posting regulations. To ensure maximum legal protection at the federal and state level, we recommend the Bilingual option if you have any Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.


Select the Spanish option if your English postings are up to date and you only need to add or update your Spanish postings. The Spanish option is required for Puerto Rico.
