Nevada Minimum Wage
The Nevada Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2020. The minimum wage increased from $7.25 per hour to $8.00 per hour for employees to whom qualifying health benefits are offered or made available. The minimum wage will increase from $8.25 per hour to $9.00 per hour for all other employees.

The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin poster has been updated to reflect that employees earning less than $12.00 per hour and offered health benefits, or less than $13.50 per
hour without health benefits, are eligible for overtime if working over 8 hours in a 24-hour period or over 40 hours in a work week. Employees working in excess of these hourly rates, qualify for overtime when they work over 40 hours in a work week.

Nevada Paid Leave
The Nevada Paid Leave poster has been released by the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner. The Paid Leave Act requires employers with 50 or more employees to provide employees 0.01923 hours of paid leave for each hour worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of paid leave per benefit year. The new law is effective on January 1, 2020.

A new law requires employers to provide employees with p to 4 hours of paid leave for the purposes of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
