December 17, 2019 Oklahoma Workers' Compensation
The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect changes to certain deadlines when filing a claim with the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. A new law shortens the time an employee is given to file a claim for benefits if the employee had previously received workers’ compensation benefits for an injury. In addition, the law requires an employer to send a report to the Workers’ Compensation Commission via the Commissions Electronic Data Exchange. March 1, 2022 Oklahoma USERRA
The Oklahoma USERRA poster has been released by the Oklahoma Department of Labor. A new law was recently passed to protect the job rights of individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions to undertake military service in the Oklahoma state military forces. The new law also prohibits employers from discriminating against past and present members of the Oklahoma state military forces, and applicants to the Oklahoma state military forces. The Oklahoma Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect a change to the enforcement provision on the Oklahoma Fair Employment poster.
