The District of Columbia Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage rate. The minimum wage will increase from $17.00 per hour to $17.50 per hour effective July 1, 2024. The minimum wage for tipped employees will also increase to $10.00 per hour effective July 1, 2024. The District of Columbia Time Off To Vote poster has been updated by the District of Columbia Board of Elections. The Board of Elections has removed the various foreign language phone numbers for assistance in those languages on the time off to vote postings for the Primary Election, June 4, 2024 and the General Election, November 5, 2024. The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect an increase to the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees effective July 1, 2024. Employees earning less than $18.00 per hour are eligible for overtime at one and one half times the employee’s regular rate for over 8 hours of work in a 24-hour period, or over 40 hours of work in a week. Employees earning more than the hourly rate are eligible for overtime at one and one half the employee’s regular rate of pay for over 40 hours per week. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2024. The minimum wage will increase to $12.00 per hour for all employees. The Nevada Ballot Question 2, passed November 2022, eliminated the two-tier minimum wage as of July 1, 2024. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect that an employee as defined, excludes those engaged as a theatrical or stage performer or in an exhibition. Order Updated Poster >

The California Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect a clarified and simplified notice to employees. The new poster is easier to read and contains new direct links for applicants to learn how to apply for Unemployment Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Paid Family Leave benefits. The District of Columbia Time Off To Vote poster has been updated to reflect time off to vote requirements for the Primary Election, June 4, 2024 and the General Election, November 5, 2024. The South Dakota Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect a change to the web address for filing a claim online and an email address change for customer service or to follow-up on the status of claim. Order Updated Poster >

The Maine Veterans' Benefits & Services poster has been released by the Maine Department of Labor. A new law requires employers to post a notice in the workplace containing information on the various benefits and services available to veterans. Order Updated Poster >
