June 10, 2020 Oregon Minimum Wage
The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase to $13.25 per hour inside the Portland Metro area, $11.50 per hour in nonurban counties, and $12.00 per hour in the remainder of the state effective July 1, 2020. The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect an increase to the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees with and without qualifying health benefits effective July 1, 2020. The daily overtime wage will increase to $12.00 per hour for employees offered qualifying health benefits.
