Virginia Pregnancy Accommodation
The Virginia Pregnancy Accommodation poster has been released. A new law requires employers to make reasonable accommodation to the known limitations of an employee related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the employer. The new law is effective July 1, 2020.

Oregon Minimum Wage
The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase to $13.25 per hour inside the Portland Metro area, $11.50 per hour in nonurban counties, and $12.00 per hour in the remainder of the state effective July 1, 2020. Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin
The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect an increase to the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees with and without qualifying health benefits effective July 1, 2020. The daily overtime wage will increase to $12.00 per hour for employees offered qualifying health benefits. The Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2020. District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act
The District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act During COVID-19 poster has been released by the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights. The COVID-19 Response Emergency Amendment Act temporarily amends the D.C. Family and Medical Leave Act to expand coverage during a public health emergency for employees working in the District of Columbia. The amendments are effective from March 17, 2020 to June 15, 2020.
