January 5, 2023 Illinois Minimum Wage
The Illinois Minimum Wage poster has been updated to include information on the recent amendments to the state’s One Day Rest in Seven Act.  Employers are now required to provide employees with an additional 20-minute break if they work more than 7.5 continuous hours and provide at least twenty-four consecutive hours of rest in every consecutive seven-day period. The Delaware Whistleblowers’ Protection Act poster has been updated to reflect a new law that explicitly prohibits employers from using or threatening to use an employee’s citizenship or immigration status or that of their family members in an attempt to intimidate or retaliate against a potential or actual whistleblower. December 19, 2022 Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the cap of weekly benefits by the Washington Employment Security Department.  Effective January 1, 2023, the maximum allowed weekly benefits increased from  1,327 to $1,427. December 19, 2022 New Mexico Minimum Wage
The New Mexico Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2023, the minimum wage will increase from $11.50 per hour to $12.00 per hour. Order Updated Poster >
December 19, 2022 California Minimum Wage
The California Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the state minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase to $15.50 per hour for every employer, regardless of the number of employees, effective January 1, 2023. Order Updated Poster >
December 16, 2022 New York Mandatory Labor Law Posters
All employers in the state of New York must make mandatory workplace postings electronically available to all employees by email or through the employer’s website. This includes all documents and information required to be physically posted at a worksite pursuant to state or federal law or regulation. Employers are still required to post these notices physically onsite as well. The law also requires employers to notify employees that these documents are available electronically. December 16, 2022 Missouri Minimum Wage

December 8, 2022 District of Columbia Fair Employment
The District of Columbia Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect a new protected category under D.C.’s Human Rights Act. The law was recently amended to include that discrimination based on homeless status is prohibited in employment. The poster also clarifies an employee’s eligibility under the D.C.
