The Michigan Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect that the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency will reinstate the work search requirements for unemployment benefits. The Ohio Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect the addition of a protected category under Ohio’s Civil Rights Act and shortened the period for filing claims under the Act. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) has added sexual orientation and gender identity to the protected categories, and shortened the time period for filing a claim with the OCRC. The District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act During COVID-19 poster has been updated to reflect that the temporary amendments to the District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act to create new job-protected leave for employees for various COVID-19 reasons has been extended through September 30, 2021. The Massachusetts COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave poster has been released by the Office for Administration and Finance.  A new law requires employers to make paid leave time available to employees for COVID-19 related illnesses, quarantine, and vaccinations. The law is effective until September 30, 2021, or the exhaustion of program funds as determined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The law also requires employers to post this notice in the workplace informing employees of their rights under the law. Order Updated Poster >

The District of Columbia Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage rate. The minimum wage will increase from $15.00 per hour to $15.20 per hour effective July 1, 2021. Order Updated Poster >

The Oregon Paid Sick Time poster has been updated to clarify that paid sick time also covers bereavement, parental leave, and leave to care for a child whose school or place of care is closed for a public health emergency. Order Updated Poster >

The Oregon Family Leave Act poster has been updated to reflect a permanent administrative rule expanding the Oregon Family Leave Act. The permanent rule under the Oregon Family Leave Act allows employees to take leave to care for a child whose school or place of care is closed because of a public health emergency. The Oregon Equal Pay poster has been updated to reflect that it is illegal for an employer to pay an employee less than someone else or determine compensation for a potential new employee based on pay history. Order Updated Poster >

The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase to $14.00 per hour inside the Portland Metro area, $12.00 per hour in nonurban counties, and $12.75 per hour in the remainder of the state effective July 1, 2021.
