District of Columbia Wage Transparency
The District of Columbia Wage Transparency poster has been released to comply with a new law requiring employers to post a notice in the workplace regarding the Wage Transparency Act. The Wage Transparency Act was recently amended by the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act of 2023.
